Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and METATENSOR PTY LTD, Adelaide SA 5000, Australia ("we", "us"), about the VibesCafe game. By downloading or playing VibesCafe you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian, and get their permission before making purchases.

2. Your café

• VibesCafe needs an internet connection. Your café is saved on our servers. If your connection drops for long, play pauses until you are back.
• You can play as a guest. A guest café belongs to the app on your device, so it may not be recoverable if you delete the app or lose the device. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and lets you keep your café on another device.
• We licence the game to you for personal, non-commercial use. Do not cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, resell or reverse engineer the game, or interfere with our servers or other players.

3. Café names and other players

• You are responsible for your café name. It must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, political or illegal, must not impersonate anyone or contain personal information, and must not advertise.
• We check names automatically and may refuse, hide or remove a name. Players can report and block café names, and we review reports.
• Signed-in players can add friends, visit cafés and send tips of earned in-game cash. A sent tip cannot be taken back.

4. Purchases

• VibesCafe Plus and VibesCafe Plus Starter are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Either one stops automatic ads on phones and tablets. Plus Starter also adds 5,000 in-game cash once.
• Prices are shown by the App Store or Google Play before you pay, and payment is handled by Apple or Google under their terms. To restore a purchase: Settings → VibesCafe Plus → Restore purchases.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. If a purchase is refunded, we remove what it unlocked and any purchased cash that is still unspent.
• In-game cash, beans, items and rewards have no money value, cannot be sold or exchanged for money, and are licensed to you as part of the game, not owned as property.

5. Ads

The free game shows ads. Watching an ad for a reward is always optional, and the reward is given once the ad network confirms the ad was completed. Your ad choices are explained in our privacy policy.

6. Ending or limiting access

You can stop playing at any time and delete your data as described at metatensor.net/vibescafe/delete-account. We may limit features, hide content, or suspend or close a café or account that breaks these terms or the law. Where it is reasonable we will tell you why, and you can reply to sup@metatensor.net.

7. Changes

We keep improving VibesCafe, so features, balance and content may change. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. We will tell you in the game or the store notes about significant changes.

8. Our responsibility

We work to keep VibesCafe running and your café safe, but the game is provided "as is" and may not always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.

9. App stores

These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for the game and its support. If you got VibesCafe from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use of Google Play is subject to Google's terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Please contact us first so we can try to fix any problem. If the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or to keep your local consumer protections, these terms do not take that away.
