Delete your VibesCafe data

You can delete your VibesCafe account and café at any time. Deleting cannot be undone. VibesCafe is made by METATENSOR PTY LTD.

If you signed in with Apple or Google: delete in the game

1. Open VibesCafe and tap Settings, then Profile.
2. Tap Delete account, then Delete my account.
3. If the game asks you to sign in again for security, sign out, sign in with the same Apple or Google account, and confirm within 5 minutes.

Deletion usually finishes within a few minutes. If you keep the app, it then starts a new, empty guest café on that device.

If you play as a guest

A guest café has no account or email attached, so choose one of these:

• Sign in, then delete. Settings → Profile → sign in with Apple or Google (your café moves to that account), then follow the steps above.
• Bought VibesCafe Plus as a guest? Email us the order ID from your Apple or Google receipt and we will find and delete your café.
• Delete the app. This erases your café's key from your device, so nobody can open that café again.

Ask us by email

Write to sup@metatensor.net with the subject "Delete my VibesCafe data" and include:

• your device type (iPhone/iPad or Android);
• if you signed in: Apple or Google, and that account's email address (with Apple's Hide My Email, the relay address shown in your Apple Account under Sign in with Apple → VibesCafe);
• if you played as a guest and bought Plus: the order ID.

We confirm the request with the email address linked to the account, complete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done. Never send us a password.

What is deleted

• Your account and the sign-in details from Apple or Google.
• Your café and all its progress, rewards and settings.
• Your purchase records with us and with our purchase-verification provider.
• Your café name, café code, friends, visits, tips sent and received, and reports and blocks by you or about you.

What is kept, and for how long

• A deletion receipt (former account ID and status): 7 days.
• A record that your Apple or Google sign-in should be revoked: 30 days.
• Without your identity: a one-way hash of each store transaction we have seen, so that one purchase can unlock only one account.
• Tips you sent stay in the receiver's history under your former café code, which no longer leads anywhere.
• Database backups, until they are overwritten within 7 days.
• Crash reports and usage statistics are not linked to your account; they expire as described in our privacy policy.

Deleting your data does not cancel or refund purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
