These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and METATENSOR PTY LTD ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of GENS – Generation Simulator (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You may sign in via Apple, Google, or continue as a guest. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Guest data is tied to your device and may be lost if the App is uninstalled.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The App is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property in the App remains with METATENSOR PTY LTD.

All virtual items, currency, and game progress exist within the App only, have no real-world monetary value, and are not redeemable or transferable. We may modify or reset virtual items at any time.
The App displays advertisements provided by third-party networks. By using the App you agree that ads may be displayed as part of the free experience. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad-related data practices.
All game content is fictional and for entertainment purposes only. The App does not provide financial, medical, legal, or professional advice.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of South Australia, subject to any mandatory local consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
