=� Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and METATENSOR PTY LTD ("Metatensor", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our mobile applications, websites, and related services, including Mani and GENS  Generation Simulator (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

=d 1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. Users under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Mani allows sign-in through Apple, Google, or as a guest. Guest sessions are tied to your device; deleting the app or signing out may result in loss of access to saved data.
• You must provide accurate, complete information and promptly update it when it changes.

=� 2. Description of the Services

• Mani is a manifestation coach that offers guided practices, AI mentor conversations, journaling, inspiration cards, reminders, and optional premium subscriptions.
• GENS  Generation Simulator currently runs as an offline experience without server-side accounts; it is covered by these Terms to the extent applicable.
• Features may change over time as we iterate and improve the Services.

=� 3. Subscriptions & Purchases (Mani)

• Mani offers free access with optional paid tiers (Plus, Premium) billed through Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. Pricing and available offers are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Cancellation is managed through your Apple or Google account settings; deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Trials or introductory pricing convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• We do not provide refunds beyond what is required by law. Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
• We may make changes to pricing or offerings with reasonable notice. Continued use after the change becomes effective signifies acceptance.

 4. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works of the Services.
• Circumvent security features, misuse APIs, or interfere with the proper operation of the Services.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services without our prior written permission.
• Use the Services for commercial counseling, medical treatment, or any purpose prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

=� 5. User Content

• You may create, upload, or store content such as manifestation entries, journal notes, chat messages, affirmations, and feedback ("User Content").
• You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Metatensor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, process, and display it solely to provide and improve the Services.
• You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit the User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or third-party rights.
• We may (but are not obligated to) remove User Content we believe violates the law, these Terms, or the rights of others.

> 6. AI Guidance & Disclaimers

• The Services do not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional counsel.
• You remain responsible for evaluating AI suggestions and for any actions you take in reliance on them.

=� 7. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or improvements ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Feedback without obligation or restriction. Feedback is not confidential.

= 8. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Supabase for storage, OpenAI for AI features, RevenueCat for subscriptions, Apple, Google). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or trackers. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

=� 9. Termination

• You may stop using the Services at any time. In Mani you can request account deletion in the app; deletion becomes permanent after the pending window completes.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if we discontinue the Services.
• Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, indemnities, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect. Outstanding subscription fees remain payable.

� 10. Disclaimers

• We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that results will meet your expectations.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so the above exclusions may not fully apply to you.

=� 11. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metatensor and its directors, employees, partners, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) AUD $50 or (b) the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

> 12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Metatensor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your access to or use of the Services;
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

=� 13. App Store Terms

• When you download Mani or GENS from Apple's App Store or Google Play, those platforms are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for the Services or their support.
• You must comply with all applicable App Store or Google Play terms. Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the Services.
• To the extent permitted by law, Apple and Google have no warranty obligation and are not liable for claims relating to the Services or your possession or use of them.

= 14. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features or content at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice (e.g., via in-app banner or email). Continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

� 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Adelaide, South Australia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
• If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction that requires different dispute resolution terms (e.g., arbitration or local courts), mandatory provisions of your local law will apply.
