This Privacy Policy explains how METATENSOR PTY LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Adelaide, South Australia, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game Fruit Island: Swipe & Drama (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

📋 1. Information We Collect

• Account & identity. An anonymous device-linked ID for guests. If you sign in with Apple or Google, the name and email address provided by that service.
• Game data. Your username, progress, choices, endings, collected cards, virtual currency (coins), streaks, and achievements.
• Device & usage. Device model, operating system, app version, language, region, session activity, and crash diagnostics.
• Advertising & attribution. Advertising identifiers (where you permit them), IP address, ad interaction data, and app-install/marketing attribution data.
• Purchases. Products bought, transaction identifiers, and subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment-card details — those are handled by Apple and Google.

• Provide, save, and sync your game across sessions and devices.
• Process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions.
• Serve and measure advertising.
• Understand usage, diagnose crashes, and improve the App.
• Measure marketing and attribute installs.
• Protect against fraud, cheating, and abuse, and comply with the law.

📢 3. Advertising & App Tracking Transparency

We show ads through Google AdMob and its mediation partners (banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open formats). On iOS we ask for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, we rely on Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork and serve limited or non-personalized ads. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.

📊 4. Analytics & Crash Reporting

We use analytics and crash-reporting tools (including Google) to understand engagement and fix crashes, and marketing-attribution tools to measure installs and campaign performance.

🤝 5. Sharing & Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, by category:

• Advertising & mediation partners (including Google AdMob) — to serve and measure ads.
• Analytics & crash-reporting providers — to understand usage and improve stability.
• Marketing-attribution providers — to measure installs and campaigns.
• Cloud hosting, authentication & database providers — to operate and secure the App.
• Subscription & purchase-management providers — to process and validate purchases.
• Apple and Google — to provide Sign-In and process App Store / Google Play payments.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

🌐 6. International Transfers

We are based in Australia and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

🗑️ 7. Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the App (a 30-day window applies before permanent deletion) or by emailing us. We may retain limited records where required by law.

⚖️ 8. Your Rights

• EEA/UK: access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent; you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
• California: the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sharing" for advertising. We do not sell personal information.
• Australia: you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (www.oaic.gov.au).

🏛️ 9. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the App), for our legitimate interests (improving and securing the App, measuring marketing), with your consent (e.g., tracking/personalized ads), and to comply with legal obligations.

The App contains mature themes and is intended for mature audiences in line with its app-store age rating; it is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

📝 12. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
